Other bits
These are different variations of artwork/doodles that I've worked on using Illustrator and Photoshop.
I'll try to add more as I go...
Feliz Ano Neuvo
This is a piece of experimental work inspired heavily by James White over at signaloise.com with skills Ive learned from playing around in Photoshop and from abduzeedo.com.
Artwork created in Photoshop CS3.
Take a lookNebula effect
This is something I'd been wanting to try for a while...a nebula effect but sexed up somewhat. I played around with Photoshop for a while whilst I got the effect right and thew in an image of my son Stan to make it a little more interesting.
Take a lookDiego
For an englishman it seems strange that I might have Diego Armando Marradon as one of my heroes...but forgetting the obvious handball...the man was a fucking footballing legend! So armed with a cool retro pic of him (for those of you interested its from the 82 World Cup in Spain) and some new brushes ans newly armed skills I set about creating something different from the norm....It was an interesting time working on this...
I used a combination of Illustrator and Photoshop to achieve the final result..
Take a lookCongresso
This is a fin example of an awesome starting picture..in this case Brazilian Architect Oscar Neymer's Congresso building and a shit load of swirls, starts, filters and other effects that I threw in for good measure...Again this is a combination of both Illustrator and Photoshop.
Take a lookStanley's bike
My 20 month old has a slight obsession with motorbikes. So I used this as an opportunity to create something for him to put on his wall or as it turned out draw over, and screw up!!
I used a varying different set of Photoshop tricks to get the end result.
Take a lookPocyo rendering
This is one of my sons favourite TV characters Pocoyo, a Spanish kids tv show.. I liked the style of animation and artwork so much that I decided to draw and render my own version using the mesh tool in Illustrator.
Take a lookWeb 2.0 iconography
Illustrator RSS web 2.0 iconography in various colours and styles.
Take a lookIllustrator redndering of a clock
This is a drawing/rendering of a clock in Illustrator...havent found a use for it yet...but Im sure I will at some point!
